On the fifth day of Christmas...
Don't know that anyone will actually READ this...too busy staring at the girls! But, I figured I might as well take a minute and do SOME kind of update in addition to posting girls.
COMICS: Everyone is slowed down a bit because of the holidays but work progresses. Colorist Ray Dillon is busting his butt doing a bunch of LOTR sketch cards on top of his normal work and plans to get rolling on Nothingface color again after the new year. Dan Schmidt is working away on the second book of his Nothingface arc, I think we're pretty much in the ink stage on everything. Lee Ferguson just sent me rough breakdowns for the first issue of his Nothingface arc and he plans to jump right onto it after the new year starts. And Martin Montiel took off for a holiday a few days ago but says he will be working a little bit on The Black Watch while he's away.
My lettering on Dead men Tell No Tales is done, we just wrapped up #4. I started a fun kids book/comic for Luchador Enterprises (my buddy Al Dorantes) and will have something else (another one-shot) starting soon. Pierce and Trailer Park of Terror are still ongoing from Imperium Comics. Now that Dead Men is done....I need more work!!
PERSONAL: Christmas preparations are nearing completion! Today is all about baking and making candy, tomorrow is wrapping presents and then aside from picking up the prime rib from the butcher on the 21st (fresh, people, raised right down the road...it's gnna be goooood) and a trip to FedEx probably Monday, I'm done. Ready to just chill until the 25th! :D
