On the eleventh day of Christmas....

I hate to inject a little sentimentality into this low brow festival of holiday honies, but Christmas really started for me last night. I mean really came home and pushed all the stress and grumpies out of me and started a roasty toasty little fire in my heart. Yeah, yeah, most of you guys aren't used to mushy stuff from me, but deal with it.

Last night I delivered some Christmas treats and presents to the house of a friend. This included a couple of little things for her 4-year-old daughter. Man! Seeing her face light up and hearing her squeal and laugh and watching her squeeze that stuffed frog until I thought it's eyes would pop off....I'm still smiling and chuckling to myself over it today! I finally FEEL Christmas again. That seems to get harder and harder every year.

Now, I just hope I can hold onto it for a little while. :)

I know what you mean Kel. I don't have kids and my ex fiance and I are on again off again this year.
Christmas Spirit seems a little distant this year.

Thanks for the Babes of Christmas though!
