This cover IS Wolverine
This cover struck me hard when I saw it....like the scene in the X2 movie when the soldiers attack the school and Wolverine is protecting the kids. He's this brutal, hardcore, never say die, tough as hell, mean sonunabitch...but at his core, when you strip away all the shades of gray, he is a PROTECTOR. He is simply good.
When well written and not just relied on for the badass gimmick, he's still one of the best characters in comics.

It is a great cover, and Kel, you nailed the essence of Wolverine perfectly. He really can be a great character if written correctly. I still like him.
Dang! I agree. Wolverine = so hot! He embodies what an interesting character should be about.
Can't wait for the movie.
