Just picked up another nice lettering job! Of course, it's another one I can't really talk about yet. Man if all these jobs go public at the same time I'll have a TON of stuff to post all at once! :D At least business is good these days, an' gettin' better.

I just whipped that up to have something visual to post. Although I AM really hit and miss on logos when it's for real.
Maybe I should just post girlie pics when I need a visual!

I hate doing logos. I get contacted all the time and just pass 'em up. The problem with logos is it's their identity so you have to nail it and it could go in many, many, maaany revisions. Plus the fact that they never pay what a real logo is worth doesn't help. Logo design starts at a grand in the real world.
Yeah, they're fun to tinker with but when it's for something real it really is too much hassle for not enough dough. hard enough even getting paid what it's worth for lettering.
And it's SUPPOSED to be "plan"! Did no one else watch Electric Company growing up?? --Faster than a rolling "O!" Stronger than Silent "E!" Able to leap Capital "T" at a single bound! It's a word! It's a plan! It's Letterman!--
Course I did screw up and put BIRD instead of WORD...I'll go fix that....
